Benevolent Neglect, Chardonnay 2019 Paardeberg Polished tanninsA wine made with minimal intervention and very careful use of wood. On the nose oak is soft and sits amidst a stunning, enticing melon and citrus fruit profile. The palate has a great tension to it and flows with white pepper, cinnamon and vanilla spice and a bright, vibrant and limey minerality.
