A Cabernet led Bordeaux blend (89% Cabernet Sauvignon with Merlot, Cabernet Franc and Malbec) off vines planted from 1971, hand harvested on biodynamic calendar days. Elegant and finely structured, showing blackcurrant, violet and cedar over liquorice, bitter chocolate and a graphite, iron edge, with firm, refined tannins and a
